These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Danbi app ("the App") provided by Eastbridge Software ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Danbi is a Korean language learning app. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Danbi offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium content:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
All content in the App — including lessons, exercises, audio recordings, illustrations, and text — is owned by Eastbridge Software and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful Korean language content, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastbridge Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
